A long overdue review and recommendation for Danny! He was our realtor for over a year, helping us through our decision making process of first trying to find a floating home to then deciding we wanted a “land home”. As first time home buyers, he walked us through it all, answering our many questions with ease. He is someone you can be honest and open with and ask as many dumb questions without feeling dumb - which is what you want as newbie buyers. When we found our dream home he gave sound advice and was incredibly knowledgeable and calm through it all. We went back and forth with the previous owners a few times but in the end we got it! I can say without a doubt he was instrumental in making it happen and we wouldn’t have our dream home without him. For any floating or land home, Danny is your guy.

Danny's communication was excellent through frequent meetings, phone calls, texts and emails. He helped us through the steps of preparing our home for listing, alerted us to changing market strategies and featured our home in the Puget Sound Business Journal, the Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Southerby's Realty Global and International, PropGoLuzury in Asia, Nikkei in Japan and House24 in Italy to just name a few. We had our first offer less than 2 weeks from listing date and Danny walked us through the offer and closing process. All in all, this was a positive experience in no small part due to Danny's support, knowledge, collaboration and leadership with a professional and caring attitude.
